Gold Package - $1900
Rental includes use of the hall all day. Set up of all tables and chairs. A fully stocked bar with 2 bartenders. An on-site Event Coordinator who is available during the day to help coordinate vendor deliveries and decorating. Use of dishes including plates, silverware, water goblets and water carafes. White, Ivory or Black tablecloths for all tables. (colors other than the standard 3 colors available for an extra fee) Cloth napkins. Ceiling drapery with lights. Price all inclusive for events up to 200 guests.

Platinum Package - $2550
Rental includes everything in the Gold package, plus white or Ivory chair covers, and organza sashes. Price all inclusive for events up to 200 guests.

A la Carte
We also offer a la Carte pricing for smaller events or budget conscious couples. Base rental is $1150 which includes use of the hall all day. Set up of all tables and chairs. A fully stocked bar with 2 bartenders. An on-site Event Coordinator who is available during the day to help coordinate vendor deliveries and decorating. Use of dishes including plates, silverware, water goblets and water carafes.
Pricing for table cloths, napkins, ceiling drapery, chair covers, etc are additional if requested. Price does not include catering.
All Wedding Reception rentals include 2 bartenders, and an event coordinator that will be on-site during the day to help with decorations, deliveries and any other needs. You can choose to have a cash bar where your guests pay for their drinks, or you can provide a hosted bar in which you pay for part or all of your guests drinks. All alcohol must be purchased and served by the Stillwater KC Hall staff.
All catering must be by a licensed caterer. We have partnered with Scheel's Catering as our preferred caterer. Please check out our catering page for more details. We do allow outside caterers but they must be approved by the Hall Manager and a Caterer Fee of $300 will apply and be paid by the renter.
Your event is the only one booked on your day and the Hall is available all day. Receptions typically start at 4:00 pm or later. Please let the Hall Manager know if your event will begin prior to 4 pm. (All events must end at midnight)
If you need a location for your wedding ceremony, we do host ceremonies at the same location for an additional $300 fee. This fee includes set up of all chairs, plus use of the Bridal Room.
A deposit of $300 is required to reserve your date. The balance of all rent and fees will be due 2 weeks before your event.
Payment is Cash or Check only! NO Credit Cards are accepted for Hall Rentals.
There is ample FREE parking on-site. The KC Hall's main entrance is street level so there are no steps for you or your guests to navigate.

> What items are included in the basic room rental?
We include the set-up of all tables and chairs in the rental price.
The use of the kitchen is also included. The clean-up of the hall is also included in the rental fee.
(We do not allow any items to be left at the hall after the rental is over. Please make arrangements to transport any items you wish to keep after your event.)
> Why don't you have per guest costs?
We list our fees individually to keep you from paying for services you don't want, or overpaying for ones you do want. We will work with your budget to help create the wedding you are looking for. We are here to help. If you want a service that we do not have listed, just ask!
> What about additional service fees?
We only charge you for services you use. All fees will be discussed at the showing and will be fully disclosed. We do not have any hidden or surprise fees.
> What restrictions are there?
You may begin decorating at 8:00 am on the morning of your event.
Nothing can be hung from the ceilings. (Contact the manager if ceiling decorations other than the ceiling drapery are requested)
Nothing can be taped to the painted portions of the walls.
No outside beverages are allowed to be brought into the hall except for punch and coffee.
No drinking in the parking lot.
Candles are allowed if they are contained within a glass container.
> Does the facility have the proper licenses and insurance?
The Stillwater KC Hall carries all the required licenses and Insurance. Please ask the Hall Manager for details.
The Stillwater KC Hall is a SMOKE FREE facility, We provide a fenced in patio for your guests to smoke within.

We stock many name brand drinks. If you have a specific drink you would like, we can usually accommodate special requests with a minimum of 2 weeks notice before your event.
All Alcohol MUST be purchased through the KC Hall.
No Outside Alcohol is allowed! No exceptions.
